so another girlfriend announced her pregnancy today. one more person gets to be a mom and i continue to wait. it's like there are two clubs. i want so desperately so get into the mommy club. and i'd do anything to give back my membership card to the fertility-challenged club (i like that better than infertility--that just seems too final).
shauna niequist is the wonderful author of two of my favorite books--cold tangerines and bittersweet. she also authors a blog, and i hope she doesn't mind me linking to one of her posts. she says all of this better than i can anyway.
